GreenForest Nursery, Inc. ships wholesale plant material to professional customers across a wide regional area. All shipping and delivery arrangements are made directly with our wholesale clients based on the terms outlined in their individual agreements.

Wholesale Customers

If you are a current customer, your delivery terms—including freight responsibilities, scheduling, and inspection procedures—are governed by your sales contract or invoice terms. Shipping may be handled by GreenForest Nursery, a third-party carrier, or coordinated via customer pickup, depending on location, quantity, and seasonality.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that someone is present to receive and inspect plant material at the time of delivery. Any concerns about shipment condition must be reported immediately upon receipt, and in accordance with the terms outlined in your agreement.

Shipping Areas

We primarily serve wholesale clients in the southeastern United States, though shipping arrangements to other regions may be made depending on volume, timing, and carrier availability. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not ship outside the continental United States.

Non-Wholesale Visitors

We do not currently offer online ordering or direct-to-consumer shipping through this website. If you are a retail customer or homeowner interested in our products, we encourage you to contact us and we’ll be happy to direct you to a distributor or retail partner in your area.

Weather and Seasonal Limitations

Because we ship living plants, all shipments are weather-dependent. We reserve the right to delay or reschedule shipments due to extreme temperatures or weather conditions that may compromise plant health during transit. We will make every reasonable effort to notify customers of delays or adjustments.
