Terms
NET, unless credit arrangements are made before shipment, C.O.D. only
with a deposit of 30% with order. Past due accounts will be
assessed a service charge of 1 1/2% per month, 18% annually on unpaid
balance, plus cost of collection, if any. Discounts will not be applied
to accounts with past due balances.
Claims
All claims must be made with in 10 days after receipt of stock. We
shall be glad to adjust any mistake made by us, but in no case will our
liability exceed the purchase price.
Transportation
Transportation price F.O.B. GreenForest Nursery, arrangements can be
made by local truck brokers; however, our liability ceases when goods
are turned to the carrier.

a regular basis: Atlanta, Dallas, Memphis, and points in between.
Full truckloads can be sent to most
places within the continental United States.
